We have experienced maintenance staff to assist you in any maintenance issue you may experience 24-hrs a day.

We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, and Debit cards to expedite your payments via a secure portal provided to your HOA.
| Full Service or Accounting Only:
We offer a Full Service Management contract which includes:
· Analyzing and controlling operating expenses
· Improving collections
· Using our buying strength and cost awareness to reduce expenses
· Generating top value for the property when it sells by maintaining and managing each Association to its
potential
· Providing reliable and timely data
We also offer an Accounting Only contract which includes:
· Monthly and/or Quarterly Financial Statements
· Prompt and accurate reporting
· Timely payables and receivables
· Record keeping procedures as required by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission
· Members will have the choice of payment by automatic, coupon book, or online payment.
| Clubhouse and Pool Management:
We happily partner with A-1 Pool Services, a leader in the area of Pool and Clubhouse maintenance, to make sure that everything is maintained and properly kept for the enjoyment of your community.
| General and Private Maintenance:
We offer general and private maintenance services (such as painting, fence building, etc.) to ensure the value of your community is maintained to a high standard.
