| | Terry Slatter, President is a Fellow of the British Institute of Risk Management and holds a U.S. BA Certification in Risk Management. Formerly Vice President of the Steven D. Bell and Company, Community Association Division, Terry and his wife Jill purchased the Division in May 2002. As principal of Slatter Management Services, Inc. Terry has enjoyed maintaining a leading edge role in Community Association Management. Terry currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Central North Carolina Better Business Bureau and is Vice President of the Greensboro Guilford Chapter of Rotary International. He derives particular pleasure and satisfaction in serving both organizations and the benefit this gives to others.

| | Phyllis Barber, Community Association Accounting Manager joined Slatter Management Services, Inc. in April 2002. As a lifelong resident of Pleasant Garden, Phyllis studied accounting through high school and at GTCC. She came to Slatter Management with 5 years experience of community management accounting and has worked in the accounting field since high school.

| | Dean Hardy, Community Association Maintenance Manager joined Slatter Management Services, Inc. in October 2005 after relocating from London, England. Prior to Dean’s move to North Carolina he spent 10 years in Maintenance Management, leading a team of 20 employees. Dean’s skills have provided Slatter Management with an efficient, skilled and professional maintenance team – on hand 24hrs a day to serve the communities we manage. |

| | Kay Hardy, Community Association Manager joined Slatter Management Services, Inc. in November 2005 after relocating from London, England. Prior to Kay’s move to North Carolina she gained customer service and management experience as Sales Manager for a large hardware company. Since joining Slatter Management Kay has acquired a wealth of community management knowledge and continues to excel in the role. |

Since joining our team she has acquired a vast knowledge of the community management business. She enjoys working with homeowners to resolve any issues that may arise and takes pride in her problem solving skills. |

| Jacqueline Peatross-Young, Community Association Manager came to Slatter Management Services, Inc. with 10 years experience in apartment management where she developed a unique skill set that would only serve to benefit our communities. She has worked with a great range of communities, large and small, brand new and well matured. Jacqueline has been with Slatter Management for 6 years now. |

| | Debbie Weishaar, Community Association Manager joined Slatter Management Services, Inc. (formerly Steven D. Bell & Company HOA Division) in August, 2000. A lifelong resident of Greensboro, Debbie is a graduate of Kings College with a degree in Business Management. She began apartment management in 1978 and has extensive experience in all aspects of community management including budgeting, maintenance, customer service and human relations. |
